BBQ brisket sandwich was very delicious. Very clean restaurant. The staff was fast and very polite.
They have a lot to choose from so I asked what they recommended and they said the brisket sandwich and fried okra. I am glad I went with what they suggested, I will get the same thing next time and I hope Kurt and Rae are working when I go back, they were very nice and helpful!
Two young guys in there closing, didn't give a rats tail about being helpful. They mean mugged me while I ordered and had a bad attitude when answering questions about the menu. Service starts with..... service.... These kids belong hidden behind a grill at McDonald's until they can understand that they're at work to serve others. They don't need to be trusted with closing up, and probably shouldn't greeting customers face to face without an authority supervision who holds standards of conduct.
They were amazing the women I think her name was Zoey so beautiful and sweet. Charles was the guy that made my food and it was amazing. Chris was on sides with the guy name Ant they were very nice with greeting me for my first time. It was Taniya first day and she was very sweet also.
I had the 2 meat plate with pork and beef for dinner Monday about 8:30pm. The roll was doughy, baked potato was not cooked right since it was very hard and only had chives, no bacon bits. Meat was ok but not very hot and no pecan pie was available. The Tingle Dr location is convenient. Only 3 people dined in so not crowded at all.
Excellent BBQ. The staff were a little reticent and the tables were sticky. And the forgot my fries. And I ordered 1 combo and it was my first time there but I don't think it should have been like $22+ in cost. My company got a potato and a drink for half that.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this store, I love Dickey’s and usually never have any issues. Today, I placed an order through the Dickey’s website for a delivery and was supposed to be delivered by DoorDash. The Dasher literally picked up my order and marked it as complete while keeping my food. I called DD support and no one could contact the driver or this Dickey’s location. I tried calling several times after DD was unsuccessful and was immediately met with a full voicemail message. I just want to talk to someone for a refund of my order and I hope this review will help get me in touch with the store. This is very unusual for this location and have never had this issue before.
Been a long time since I have been in a Dickey's due to previous service. I wanted a BBQ so I convinced myself to try it again. Well, left with nothing changed.
They are not welcoming, BBQ sauces were not kept up, spots on the floor which looked like a drink had spilled ( mgr walked right over it out the front door) with no instructions or acknowledgment of it. That in itself says it all!
Basically like the food but this WILL be my LAST attempt!
